You’ll help build communication, social, play, daily living, and pre-academic skills in home, school, and community settings playing a direct role in each child’s success. Key Responsibilities * Implement 1:1 ABA intervention programs in home, school, or community settings * Observe, collect, and record data on client behavior * Teach skills outlined in individualized treatment plans * Participate in regular supervision with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) * Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication with families and team members * Proficient in timely and accurate data collection on tablet or computer. Requirements * At least 18 years of age * High school diploma or equivalent required  * Ability to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hire * Patience, energy, and a genuine interest in working with children * Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team * Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively participate in play (running, kneeling, crawling, standing) * Adherence to RBT Ethics Code and company policies * Clean background check and positive professional references Pay Range * $21/hour while completing RBT certification * $22.00/hour - $27.99/hour, based on years of experience as an RBT. * Note: This rate includes a geographic pay differential based on the cost of living in this job location.
