This position works under the close supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA and plays a key role in supporting client progress through consistent implementation of individualized treatment plans. As an RBT, you will work directly with children using evidence-based ABA techniques and positive reinforcement to build communication, social, play, daily living, and pre-academic skills. Key Responsibilities * Implement 1:1 ABA intervention programs in home, school, or community settings * Observe, collect, and record data on client behavior * Teach skills outlined in individualized treatment plans * Participate in regular supervision with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) * Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication with families and team members * Complete timely and accurate data collection using tablet or computer systems Requirements * Active RBT certification (if not RBT certified, see our Behavior Technician posting) * At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively participate in play (running, kneeling, crawling, standing) * Adherence to RBT Ethics Code and company policies * Clean background check and positive professional references * Patience, energy, and genuine interest in working with children * Flexible with scheduling and program needs, able to work independently and collaboratively * Commitment to long-term role and organizational mission * Coachable, reliable, professional, and growth mindset Pay Range * $20.50/hour - $26.99/hour, based on years of experience as an RBT. * Note: This rate includes a geographic pay differential based on the cost of living in this job location CFCI Benefits & Perks * Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (30+ hours/week) * CFCI pays 50% of medical premiums for full-time employees after 90 days. * Paid Time Off & Holidays * Seven paid holidays (including your birthday), flexible days off, and paid sick time.
