About the Role A New Hope provides home and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on skill development, independence, and quality of life. A New Hope is hiring Behavioral Intervention Specialists to work with children and young adults (ages 3–21) with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will provide 1:1 support and structured interventions to help participants build: * Communication skills * Social skills * Behavioral regulation * Independent living skills Sessions may take place in homes, community locations, or other natural environments based on participant needs.
