We offer comprehensive paid training, hands-on guidance, and ongoing support from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help you build the skills you need to succeed. Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Position Overview The Behavior Interventionist is responsible for delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. Under the supervision of experienced clinical staff, the Behavior Interventionist implements individualized treatment plans, supports skill development, and contributes to the overall success of each client’s program. Responsibilities •     Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents •     Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by clinical supervisors •     Accurately collect, record, and maintain data on client progress •     Support treatment goals across home, school, and community environments •     Assist in implementing programs designed for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder •     Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standard Compensation •     $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education •     Paid mileage •     Paid drive time Benefits Paid training Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification  Cell phone allowance Paid sick time Employee referral program Opportunities for advancement within the organization Qualifications: •     High School Diploma (required) •     Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, or a related field (preferred) •     Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation •     Ability to pass TB testing, criminal background check, and fingerprint clearance •     Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability •     Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Location:  We are currently hiring throughout San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles County, including but not limited to:  Sunland 91040, Tujunga 91042, La Crescenta 91214, North Glendale91208 / Montrose, Burbank 91501, 91502, 91504, 91505, 91506, Sun Valley 91352, Pacoima 91331, Sylmar 91342, North Hollywood 91605, NoHo / Valley Village 91601, 91602, 91606, 91607, Panorama City 91402,Van Nuys 91405, Valley Glen 91401, North Hills 91343 ,Altadena 91001, La Cañada Flintridge 91011  Why Join Our Team?
