GENERAL JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY   Consistently deliver parts to allow for speed delivery of same across the Berts locations as needed. JOB SPECIFICATIONS * Deliver all parts with 45 mins of receipt. * Ensure all parts are duly logged in recording system. * Ensure the bike is cleaned at least once a week. * Deliver all documents, cheques, packages etc. as needed. * Assist in making company bill payments as required. * Assist with the purchasing items for the office as required. * Perform any other related duties as may be assigned PERFORMANCE CRITERIA The job is satisfactorily performed when:   * 99% of all parts deliver with 45 mins of receipt. * Documents, cheques, packages etc. are delivered on the day received and retrieved on the day requested. * All parts documents, cheques, packages etc. mails are entered in the recording system. * All parts documents, cheques, packages etc. mails are signed by the recipients. * Due care is taken in riding/driving company bike and vehicles. * Positive image is projected while interacting with internal and external customers * Instructions regarding the handling of company belongings are adhered to at all times   COMPETENCIES * Excellent driver and rider * Ability to work on own initiative on under pressure. * Excellent oral communication skills. * Ability to multi-task, rearrange priorities and maintain focus in a fast paced environment. * Must be able to act with integrity and diplomacy. * Ability to exercise effective interpersonal skills. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE  * General Driver’s License (3000 KGS L/W) * Excellent driving record
