Earn $18.20 up to $22.75 per hour                                                  ADDITIONAL PAY Attendance Bonus * $3.25 per hour for every hour worked during the pay period. Call Center Agent without any attendance violations (including absences, being tardy, and being out of rotation) during a given pay period will earn the attendance bonus.       Dispatcher Differential * $1.50 per hour differential for becoming a dispatcher.  Spanish Bi-Lingual Differential * $1.30 per hour. Are you fluent in Spanish and English? Earn a $1.30 per hour differential once you have graduated training and are handling all calls.  Multiple opportunities for growth!   * Like mentoring others? Become a trainer and earn up to $26.60 per hour.
