About the challenge As the largest proptech in Indonesia, we work with everyone from individual agents to the country's largest property management companies and enterprise real estate players. Growing our footprint with these high-value corporate accounts means building partnerships from scratch, in a market that doesn't hand you a pipeline — you have to spot the opportunity and go get it. If identifying an untapped opportunity, building the relationship from zero, and closing the deal energizes you more than it overwhelms you, we should talk. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Corporate Business Development Executive to drive company growth through marketing insights and high-value B2B deals. You will be a key driver of new corporate revenue, working directly with property management companies, high-affluence brokerages, and enterprise-level real estate players located around Jakarta. WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE: * You will identify and reach out to corporate clients or strategic partners — property management companies, high-affluence brokerages, and enterprise-level real estate players * You will build partnerships with high-affluence real estate property management and related players across Indonesia * You will pitch value propositions and product/service solutions clearly to corporate stakeholders and decision-makers * You will lead commercial discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements * You will own the relationship post-signing, managing your accounts actively, ensuring joint business plans are executed and partners remain satisfied long-term * You will ensure client satisfaction and service delivery is maintained throughout the partnership lifecycle IS THIS YOU? * A spider in the web: Multitasking is your second nature, you thrive dealing with many moving pieces and tying them all up into one harmonious result, to the benefit of your stakeholders * Self starter: Comfortable operating without a pre-existing pipeline, building structure and partnerships from zero * An analytical mind: Able to analyze market trends, marketing performance data, and assess partnership risk * A closer: Proven ability to engage and negotiate with C-level and senior decision-makers, and to turn conversations into signed, mutually beneficial agreements Qualifications * Minimum 3 years in Sales or Business Development, 5 years of experience is beneficial * Industry experience ideally in real estate, media/advertising sales, e-commerce, or hospitality though not strictly required * Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level client relationships and building long-term rapport * Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to analyze market trends, marketing performance data, and assess partnership risk * Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal), with strong public speaking and client-facing communication skills * A creative, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building partnerships from the ground up * Proven ability to engage and negotiate with senior decision-makers * Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal/target-oriented * Own vehicle (car or motorbike) Our selection procedure in a nutshell The position reports to BD Manager.
