About Lamudi Our mission is to provide any Indonesian the most trustworthy and reliable way to buy a property. We do this by using technology to empower 10,000+ real estate agents and 100's property developers by connecting them to millions of prospective buyers previously beyond their reach. Lamudi.co.id is a property technology company that aims to enable and support all parties along the property seeking, buying, and selling process from our range of products and services. About the Challenge 1 year after being acquired by Lifull Connect, our business in Indonesia is profitable and positioned to grow aggressively over the coming years. As the largest proptech in Indonesia, we operate various business models across multiple brands and 3 entities, with a fast-growing team to match. That's a lot of people complexity, and we need someone who can turn it into clarity: a great place to work, a strong culture, and above all an HR function that scales with the business rather than slowing it down. Are you a hands-on leader who likes to build and execute in Human Resources? A real people person who gets excited about helping people and building and maintaining a strong culture in the workplace? If this is the kind of challenge that energizes you rather than overwhelms you, we should talk. Overview & role responsibility We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior HR Manager to lead our people agenda. The role requires breadth and depth of knowledge across the HR centers of excellence, combined with true business partnership, with an immediate focus on people acquisition, people experience, and overall people operations excellence. Because the function is lean, this is a hands-on "player" role: you must have the leadership qualities to not only execute and get work done, but also to provide strategic direction and sound counsel to all employees. You will be strategic in orientation, with strong execution skills and the ability to design, develop, launch, and sustain programs, policies, practices, and processes. Management at Lamudi does not manage from high above — we are builders who don't mind rolling up our sleeves to overcome challenges together with the team.
