As a Business Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering operational activities and supporting the implementation of strategic priorities to support business outcomes for our Audit division. DAY TO DAY YOU WILL: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the seamless functioning of the Audit division. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Organise and manage diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements. Play an active role in event management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Preparation of documents, presentations, and supporting materials for our teams. Work closely with the broader Business Support function to deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR TEAM: * At least 1 year previous experience in an administrative capacity supporting senior stakeholders in a corporate environment. * An ability to leverage experience to solve problems and make decisions. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle 'curve balls' with ease. Please note this is a hybrid position, however during the initial onboarding and training period, an in-person presence is required.
