IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS * Education: High School Diploma or GED required. * Experience: * 2+ years of proven experience in Career Services or Career Coaching. * 2+ years of engaging teaching experience (in-person or virtual). * Credentials: Must possess, be actively pursuing, or be willing to obtain a recognized Career Coaching Certification from an accredited certifying body. * Tech-Savvy: Strong expertise in leveraging LinkedIn for modern job hunting and high comfort facilitating via Zoom. * Power Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, matched with rock-solid organization and time-management abilities.
