To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE Essential * High degree of self-motivation and the ability to manage time and tasks effectively. * Meticulous approach to work to ensure high cleaning standards across offices and laboratories. * Fundamental understanding and practical application of COSHH regulations. * Flexibility and willingness to adapt to varying demands, shifts, and occasional rotation across North-West sites to cover absence. Required Competencies * Proactive initiative to identify cleaning needs. * Strong team player mindset. * Strict commitment to safety, COSHH, and health and safety policies. Required Work Experience * Previous cleaning experience across diverse business environments, including offices and laboratories. Required Qualifications * UK Driving Licence (Desirable).
