TALENT: * Eager, determined to achieve success, and committed to making a difference every day * Compassionate and care deeply about our patients and their experience * Love what you do and where you work * Not afraid to ask questions and grow as a professional. * Ability to have open, honest conversations with patients and team members * Self-motivated * Believe in integrity in everything you do KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Job Description Available Upon Demand) * Supports and implements the practice mission and strategic vision within their respective departments. * Handles confidential information requiring professional discretion and compliance with protected health information, data integrity and security policies. * Performs selected nursing and administrative duties and assists the physician as part of the clinical care team. * Assists physicians with patient visits, including rooming and interviewing patients, recording vital signs, enters information in patient’s electronic medical record, obtains blood or urine sample for analysis, and assists with procedures as needed. * Observes, records and reports changes in patient’s condition. * Assists in maintaining patient records. * Administers and documents medication under physician’s order. * Assists with clinic activities and initiatives. * Confers with families, agencies, and pharmacies regarding patient care. * Organizes exam rooms, including general cleaning, upkeep, and re-stocking of supplies. * Provides medication education to patients regarding medication effects and side effects. * Ensures all related reports, labs and information is filed and available in patient’s medical record prior to their appointment. * Other clinical or administrative duties as assigned to meet practice needs.
