Requirements: * Must have CDL Class A or B Driver License * Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role. * Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Must have the authorization to work in the U.S. * Salary commensurate with work experience. * The candidate should be able to work a flexible schedule. * Candidates will be subject to drug screening, fingerprinting, and a 10-year background check. Duties: Perform general maintenance and repairs on commercial properties, including: * General plumbing repairs such as toilets, faucets, and other minor plumbing issues. * Test performance and troubleshoot kitchen appliances such as dishwashers, stoves, etc. * Repair and replace general hardware such as doors, doorknobs, locks, etc. * Repair or replace floor tile and/or carpets. * Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and appliances. * Install or repair drywall, paint walls, and perform carpentry work. * Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner * Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed. * Proven experience in janitorial or office cleaning. * Solid knowledge of general cleaning. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
