Job Summary We are looking for a Commercial Mobile HVAC & Maintenance Technician to service multiple commercial properties throughout Morristown, NJ and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience along with hands-on commercial building maintenance/handyman experience. This position will primarily handle HVAC maintenance and service tickets, while also performing general repairs and maintenance as needed. Key Responsibilities * Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems. * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and HVAC control issues. * Service equipment such as rooftop units, split systems, air handlers, boilers, pumps, and related equipment. * Respond to HVAC and general maintenance service tickets at commercial properties. * Perform general handyman repairs, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other building repairs. * Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in a clean and organized condition. * Communicate professionally with customers and provide updates on completed work and additional service needs. * Complete service documentation and follow all safety requirements. Qualifications * 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience required. * Commercial building maintenance/handyman experience strongly preferred. * Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills. * Experience with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting. * EPA 608 Universal Certification required. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel between customer locations. * Ability to work independently and respond professionally to customer needs. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and other commercial environments. Schedule Requirements * Must be available for overtime and occasional emergency/on-call service, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed. * Position requires travel between multiple commercial customer locations in the Morristown, NJ area and surrounding markets.
