We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot. And we’re looking for a Community Manager to start immediately! DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 1. Handle inbound and outbound messaging on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Gorgias. 2. Address inquiries from creators and affiliates and resolve issues. 3. Support influencer and affiliate relationships through consistent and professional communication. 4. Track and manage monthly affiliate product shipments and first-time orders. 5. Coordinate store credit issuance and fulfillment activities with global 3PLs. 6. Maintain workflow tracking and operational databases in Notion and Slack. 7. Manage multiple active DM pipelines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. 8. Support high-volume order tracking and shipping coordination workflows.
