Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Sprout Social Management: Use the platform to identify and evaluate potential influencers/creators. * Creator Filtering: Assess creators based on content quality, views, popularity, and brand fit. * Outreach & Networking: Communicate with external creators to establish and maintain partnerships. * Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with an internal team member from Wang on broader influencer marketing initiatives. Required Tools * Sprout Social Qualifications: * Direct Sprout Social experience: Must have already worked directly in the platform. * Influencer Marketing understanding: Ability to evaluate creators based on content quality, engagement, and brand alignment. * Networking skills: Comfortable communicating and building relationships with external creators. * Quality assessment skills: Ability to filter and distinguish between quality creators and those not suitable for the brand.
