Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Respond to Instagram and Meta ad inquiries via DMs as quickly as possible. Strict 2-minute response time to capture leads while they are still scrolling and engaged. * Explain treatments, answer repetitive client questions using pre-written templates, and book/reschedule appointments using Fresha. * Update client profiles and accurately maintain treatment notes in the Fresha booking system. * Identify complex questions, complaints, or situations outside the standard playbook. * Help with social media posting, brainstorm content ideas, and create basic graphics during downtime when DM volume is low.
