Position: Construction Estimator (Electrical / Multi-Trade) Level: Mid to Senior (3–10+ years) Location: Remote Schedule: Full-time | US Pacific Time Compensation: $1,500–$2,500 USD/month RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial and government construction projects. * Review architectural and engineering drawings to develop accurate estimates. * Identify missing information and document assumptions when plans are incomplete. * Prepare bids for projects ranging from $500K–$5.5M. * Coordinate with senior estimators to refine pricing and methodology. * Utilize estimating software and AI tools to improve efficiency. * Support fast-paced bid submissions while maintaining accuracy.
