The Project Manager will oversee the execution and management of construction projects, ensuring that budgets are managed, safety standards are met, and all project activities are efficiently executed. Qualifications: * Possess 5–7 years of experience managing construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and invoicing within the commercial sector. * Post-secondary education in Project Management, Construction Management or a related field is preferred. Additional certifications such as PMP or BCIN is an asset. * Solid understanding of construction financials and cost management. * In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices. * Experience in construction management with proficiency in Procore and MS Project, and ability to lead diverse teams. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and teams. * Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and compliance requirements. * Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: * Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects to meet scope, schedule, and client specifications. Coordinate resources and ensure timely delivery. * Budget Control: Monitor and manage project budgets with accurate cost reporting and accountability. * Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Conduct team meetings and maintain collaboration. * Safety Oversight: Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols to maintain compliance and a safe work environment. * Quality Assurance: Inspect sites to ensure work meets high-quality standards and client expectations. * Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely updates and issue resolution. * Risk Mitigation: Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track. * Permitting & Compliance: Secure required permits and ensure alignment with building codes and regulations. * Documentation Management: Use tools like Procore to track and log project data, including reports, RFIs, and approvals. * Mentorship & Strategic Planning: Train coordination teams, participate in KPI development, and contribute to organizational efficiency.
