The Project Manager will oversee the execution and management of construction projects, ensuring that budgets are managed, safety standards are met, and all project control activities are efficiently executed across our Greater Toronto Area operations. Additional certifications such as PMP is an asset. * Solid understanding of construction financials and cost management. * In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices. * Proven experience in construction management with an ability to lead diverse teams. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and teams. * Knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and compliance requirements. * Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. * take responsibility for your success and failure. * believe in delivering excellence. * find solutions to problems that stop others from forging ahead. * are a forward thinker. * are resilient in overcoming obstacles and have deep dedication towards your work   Key Responsibilities: * Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects to meet scope, schedule, and client specifications. Coordinate resources and ensure timely delivery. * Budget Control: Monitor and manage project budgets with accurate cost reporting and accountability. * Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
