As a Content Moderation Specialist, you will: 1. Ensure all streaming content in 17LIVE APP complies with our community guidelines.     This includes:     Live streams     Short clips     Posts/profile pictures     Comments 2. Answer customer support messages 3. Report any (UI) issues in the app 4. Gather feedback from users and work with the engineering team 5. Provide support to other teams Need to work shifts if your working hours are between 7:00-23:00:     Morning shift: 7:00-15:00     Noon shift: 15:00-23:00     Night shift: 23:00-7:00 (shifts are not required) Preferred requirements: 1. Interest in making the best of your language ability 2. Good command of business English (TOEIC 700 and above) 3. Strong resilience and professional customer service skills 4. Excellent writing/typing abilities (50 WPM) 5.
