We allow users to create and share their lives through live streams and photos, all while earning royalties. As a Content Moderation Specialist, you will: 1. Ensure all streaming content in 17LIVE APP complies with our community guidelines. This includes: ➢Live streams ➢Short clips ➢Posts/profile pictures ➢Comments 2. Answer customer support messages 3. Report any (UI) issues in the app 4. Gather feedback from users and work with the engineering team 5. Provide support to other teams Working hours： Day shift A : 07:00-15:00 Day shift B：15:00-23:00 (8 hrs, shifts are required) Preferred requirements: 1. Interest in making the best of your language ability 2. Good command of Cantonese (Native speaker preferred) 3. Strong resilience and professional customer service skills 4. Excellent writing/typing abilities (50 WPM) 5.
