This role works closely with Chief Pilot of type and Flight Attendant Manager to ensure that best possible solutions are identified. Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Ensure crew is assigned to appropriate aircraft for trips and notify crewmembers of schedule changes * Monitor pilot duty hours * Responsible for maintaining and updating the crew schedule * Monitor the passenger load to ensure highest internal crew utilization * To the greatest extent possible, forecast the crew requirements for each season for recruitment purposes * Maintain necessary communication with all crewmembers for crew schedule changes * Utilization of crewmembers in the most efficient and expedient method necessary to ensure operational reliability * Secure all necessary accommodations including but not limited to hotel and deadhead flight booking Must haves: * Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent * Excellent oral/written communication and problem resolution skills are required * Valid drivers license * A minimum of two (2) years of successful related experience * A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities * Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support * Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada Nice to haves: * Previous airline experience * Understanding of crew duty regulations  * Previous scheduling experience  * Administrative certificates  Ready to join us? * Submit your resume and cover letter explaining why you are an ideal fit for the role * If selected, we'll reach out within 10 days for a brief introductory call * Successful candidates will then proceed to an interview with our Recruiter and Hiring Manager * We aim to make final decisions within 14 days of the initial call   ----------------------------------------     At Air North, we are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible workplace.
