JOB SUMMARY Are you ready to take your craftsmanship to the next level? We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lead Stucco Technician to join our team. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll deliver high-quality stucco installation and repair work while maintaining a clean, professional job site and supporting team success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead Stucco Installation & Repair: Oversee and perform stucco installation, patching, and repair work with precision and efficiency. * Surface Preparation Oversight: Inspect and prepare surfaces to ensure they are clean, secure, and ready for proper stucco application. * Finish Work Execution: Mix and apply stucco materials, match existing textures and finishes, and complete related painting as needed to produce seamless, high-quality results. * Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations. * Material & Tool Management: Coordinate material usage, load and organize tools and supplies, and ensure efficient job site operations. * Site Management & Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; ensure debris removal and proper disposal. * Team Leadership & Support: Provide guidance to team members, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * Safety Compliance: Enforce adherence to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure job site. * Documentation & Communication: Complete service documentation accurately and communicate job status updates to Install Coordinators and management. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience in stucco installation, patching, texture matching, finishing, and painting. * Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, methods, and safety practices. * Leadership mindset with the ability to work independently and guide others when needed. * Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. * Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
