Electrical Project Manager / Estimator Commercial Electrical Construction | Pacific, WA About the Opportunity: A respected and growing commercial electrical contractor with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, long-term employee retention, and exceptional customer service throughout the Pacific Northwest is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to help drive business growth while leading projects from preconstruction through completion. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in both winning work and ensuring successful project execution. What You'll Do: * Prepare accurate electrical estimates and competitive bid proposals * Review plans, specifications, and bid documents * Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis * Identify project risks and opportunities during the bidding process * Participate in bid reviews and project handoffs * Manage commercial electrical projects from award through closeout * Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams * Monitor project schedules, budgets, labor utilization, and procurement * Forecast costs and project profitability * Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships * Resolve project challenges proactively to keep projects on track * Conduct local project site visits as needed Qualifications: * 5+ years of Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating experience * Commercial electrical construction experience * Proven experience estimating and managing projects valued between $1M-$10M * Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project execution * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills Compensation & Benefits: * $110,000 - $155,000 Base Salary * 100% Employer-Paid Medical Coverage for Employee & Family * Dental & Vision Insurance * 401(k) with 3% Company Contribution (regardless of employee participation) * $500/Month Vehicle Allowance + Company Gas Card * 3 Weeks PTO * 7 Paid Holidays + Day After Thanksgiving * Flexible Work Schedule (7:00-8:00 AM Start Time) * Long-Term Career Growth Opportunities
