Key Responsibilities / Expectations Resolve merchant complaints received through RBI, nodal officers, social media channels, or senior management escalations. Understand the nature of each query, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure resolution within defined TATs. Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for escalations received.
