We are looking for a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician / Handyman to help maintain our commercial facility. If you enjoy solving problems, making repairs, and working independently, we'd like to hear from you. RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform general building maintenance and repairs * Complete painting, drywall, carpentry, and handyman projects * Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs * Assist with preventative maintenance, including HVAC filter changes * Repair doors, locks, fixtures, ceiling tiles, flooring, and trim * Maintain the grounds, parking areas, and exterior appearance * Coordinate with outside contractors when needed * Move furniture and assist with facility improvement projects * Operate a passenger shuttle van as needed (training provided) * Keep tools, equipment, and maintenance records organized QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or GED * Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. * Comfortable working indoors and outdoors * Able to pass a background check and drug screening * Experience safely using hand and power tools PREFERRED EXPERIENCE * 3+ years of facilities, commercial building, apartment, hotel, hospital, or property maintenance * Experience with: * Painting and drywall repair * Basic carpentry * Plumbing repairs * Basic electrical work (lights, switches, outlets) * Door and hardware repairs * Fixture and furniture installation * Preventative maintenance * Grounds maintenance and pressure washing WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS We are looking for someone who is: * Reliable and punctual * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills * Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work * Professional when interacting with staff, visitors, and vendors BENEFITS: * Full Time Schedule: Monday–Friday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance * Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays * 401(k) If you're an experienced maintenance technician or handyman looking for a stable, full-time position with a great team, apply today.
