With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together.  Ready to awaken your best with us?    WHAT YOU'LL DO: * You will support the day-to-day fulfilment operations across Central European markets, ensuring that customer orders are delivered reliably and efficiently. * You will work closely with our warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to identify and resolve operational issues. * You will analyse logistics performance and key KPIs, identify deviations, and support the development of improvement measures. * You will contribute to projects aimed at improving delivery performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. * You will support the implementation and optimisation of logistics processes, systems, and reporting tools. * You will collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, including Customer Service, Finance, Tech, and Network Management. * You will take ownership of your own analyses and smaller projects while gaining hands-on experience in an international e-commerce logistics environment.   WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. * You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to understand problems and develop practical solutions. * You are confident working with Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar analytical tools is a plus. * You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several topics at the same time. * You have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset and are not afraid to take ownership. * You communicate clearly and enjoy working with different teams and external partners. * You are fluent in English; German or another European language is a plus. * You are eager to learn and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
