This is a full-time, on-ground role for individuals excited to teach abroad, contribute to a growing institution, and bring their expertise to a global student body. What You’ll Do * Teach a range of Chemistry courses (mainly Organic Chemistry and Organic chemistry labs) * Deliver engaging instruction with real-world relevance and active learning * Supervise laboratory instruction, with emphasis on lab safety, chemical handling, and waste management * Contribute to curriculum development, assessment, and academic advising * Engage in departmental service and institutional initiatives * Participate in research or scholarly activities aligned with your area of expertise Qualifications * PhD in Chemistry or a related field.  * Minimum 3 years of university-level teaching experience (preferred) * Strong command of English and effective classroom communication * Familiarity with tools such as ChemDraw, AMBER, DFTB+, Quantum Espresso is a plus * Experience teaching in classroom, hybrid, and online environments * Cultural adaptability and willingness to work with a diverse student population * Commitment to mentoring, student success, and academic excellence * Experience supporting English language learners and first-generation students is valued How to Apply  Interested candidates should visit the Job Opportunities section on our website and submit a resume and cover letter via: https://aiu.edu.kw/careers/jobs    Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
