TITLE: MIDDLE SCHOOL/HIGH SCHOOL SCIENCE TEACHER   REPORTS TO: PRINCIPAL Primary Purpose: The American Baccalaureate School (ABS) is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Middle/High School Science Teacher for an immediate start. The teacher will inspire students in grades 6–12 through engaging lessons, hands-on experiments, and a strong college-preparatory curriculum.   Responsibilities: * Teach science courses across grades 6–12. * Plan and deliver lessons aligned with ABS curriculum and learning objectives. * Foster curiosity, collaboration, and critical thinking in the classroom. * Differentiate instruction to support students of varying abilities. * Design and assess labs, projects, and assignments with timely feedback. * Maintain accurate student progress records and communicate regularly with parents. * Ensure safe use of laboratory equipment and conduct risk assessments for experiments. * Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and school initiatives   Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field (Master’s preferred). * Valid teaching license/certification. * Minimum 2 years of successful science teaching experience. * Strong classroom management and communication skills. * Commitment to ABS’s mission of preparing responsible global citizens.
