This is your opportunity to contribute to high-impact glazing projects and work alongside some of the best in industry.   What You’ll Do * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction * Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents for glazing projects * Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and pricing estimates for curtain wall, window wall, storefront, and other glazing systems * Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and availability for materials and services * Develop and submit bid proposals within tight timelines * Collaborate with project managers, designers, and site supervisors to align project expectations and cost scopes * Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and estimating databases to streamline your workflow * Maintain historical pricing records and contribute to ongoing improvements in estimating accuracy   What You Bring to the Team * A confident and extroverted approach to client interactions, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term business relationships * Preferably 5 years of experience in glazing estimating * Strong understanding of construction documents and glazing systems * Proven experience with stick and unitized curtain wall systems, interior glazing systems, doors & hardware, glazed balustrades, canopies, etc. * Solid analytical and math skills to support cost estimating and value engineering * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required * Proficiency in Bluebeam * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams * Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Role Snapshot * Location: Head Office – 6675 Rexwood Rd, Mississauga, ON L4V 1V1  * Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite  * Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Salary: $75,000-$95,000+ (Based on experience)  * Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday     * Reports To: Glazing Estimating Manager Why Join Bothwell-Accurate? * Opportunities for career growth and advancement. * Hands-on exposure to cladding estimating and the full construction bidding process. * Work on high-profile commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. * A collaborative team environment supported by experienced estimating, project, and field professionals. * Competitive compensation and benefits.
