This is your opportunity to contribute to high-impact glazing projects and work alongside some of the best in the industry.    What You’ll Do  * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction  * Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents for glazing projects  * Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and pricing estimates for curtain wall, window wall, storefront, and other glazing systems  * Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and availability for materials and services  * Develop and submit bid proposals within tight timelines  * Collaborate with project managers, designers, and site supervisors to align project expectations and cost scopes  * Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and estimating databases to streamline your workflow  * Maintain historical pricing records and contribute to ongoing improvements in estimating accuracy    What You Bring to the Team  * 3-5 years’ experience of commercial Glazing estimation  * Architectural Technology Diploma, Construction Engineering Technologies Diploma, Estimating Certificate, education in a related field or equivalent work experience   * Strong understanding of construction documents and glazing systems  * Solid analytical and math skills to support cost estimating and value engineering  * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams  * Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines    Role Snapshot  * Location: Head Office – 6675 Rexwood Rd, Mississauga, ON   * Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time  * Hours of Work: M-F, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  * Salary: $60,000–$80, 000 (Based on experience)   * Reports to: Service Manager  * Vacancy Reason: Existing Vacancy   * Number of Positions: 1    Why Join Bothwell-Accurate  * Real opportunities to grow and advance    * A team that supports you like family    * Competitive benefits that grow with you    * Bi-weekly pay you can count on    * Work on high-profile, high-impact projects       Where your work shapes skylines, and your growth shapes your career.       Bothwell-Accurate Co.
