Day in the Life * Manage budget and all financial aspects of projects in our internal forecasting portal (PFP) * Track project in our Project Information Lifecycle program (PIL) * Main point of contact for assigned projects * Work with Safety and Foreman to ensure all Safety measures are in place * Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams, external suppliers and customers * Identify potential conflicts and negotiate best solutions * Take the lead on project kickoffs, hand overs and autopsy meetings with the project team * Communicate with the project team on a daily basis What We Are Seeking * 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a construction environment * Strong relationship building and negotiation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, delegate, and meet tight deadlines * Ability to problem solve * Excellent communication skills * Post secondary education in Civil Engineering Technology or Architectural Technology is an asset * Organization and time management skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office     #LI-NS1
