We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on an 8-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and mutual fit. You will own end-to-end hiring across multiple countries and role types, with a particular focus on our Education vertical, sourcing and securing the educators and education leaders who make the Boundless experience possible. You will be joining a People & Culture team that is actively evolving its recruitment function: building proactive pipelines, adopting AI enabled tools, and raising the bar on both process quality and candidate experience. You will be a key part of making that evolution real, bringing both the operational rigour to run great searches and the technical fluency to leverage modern recruiting tools to their full potential. 💼 What You'll Do Full-Cycle Recruitment * Own end-to-end recruitment across active roles, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer, and handover to onboarding * Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define ideal candidate profiles, and build a shared picture of what great looks like before a search begins * Run structured, values-aligned interview processes consistently across all roles, with completed scorecards at every stage * Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across the ATS so pipeline data is always reliable and reportable Education Sourcing & Specialist Hiring * Lead sourcing for educator roles across multiple countries and age groups, with a deep understanding of where great educators are, how they move, and what makes them choose one opportunity over another * Build and maintain active talent pipelines for priority education roles by location and age group, so searches start from a warm pool * Develop sourcing strategies tailored to each role type and market, drawing on international teaching communities, expat educator networks, subject-specific associations, and relevant job boards * Re-engage strong near-hire candidates from previous searches to keep the pipeline live between active roles AI Enabled Recruiting * Use AI tools actively across the full recruiting workflow: sourcing, candidate research, outreach personalization, early-stage screening, and pipeline management * Continuously test and refine how AI is applied across your searches, bringing what works into standard practice * Help identify new tools and workflows that could improve team efficiency or candidate experience Candidate Experience & Process Quality * Ensure every candidate receives a timely, clear, and warm experience from first contact through final decision * Meet a 7 day response SLA for all applicants and maintain candidate NPS at or above 4.5 out of 5 * Ensure scorecards are completed on time after every interview stage, contributing to consistent and defensible hiring decisions * Communicate proactively with hiring managers on pipeline status, candidate quality, and market realities Employer Brand & Market Intelligence * Contribute to Boundless Life's presence in educator and hospitality talent communities through targeted outreach and engagement * Share sourcing insights and market intelligence with the broader team to inform channel strategy and messaging * Represent Boundless accurately and compellingly to every candidate, translating the mission, lifestyle, and community into language that resonates 🧠 You'll Be Valued For * You have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple countries. Single-market recruiting experience alone will not set you up for success in this role * You have direct experience sourcing and hiring educators across international markets — you know the communities, the credentials, the seasonal rhythms, and the language that resonates with great teachers * You use AI tools as a natural part of how you recruit, from sourcing and outreach to screening and pipeline management, and you actively seek out better ways to work * You are rigorous about process: scorecards completed, records maintained, SLAs honored. You understand that great candidate experience and operational discipline go together * You communicate clearly and warmly across cultures and time zones, and you can represent an organization compellingly even to candidates who have never heard of it * You are data-oriented and can speak concretely about the quality of your pipelines, your time to fill, and how your searches are performing * You thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and no two searches are identical * You are fluent in English; additional languages spoken across our markets are a genuine plus 📈 What Success Looks Like In your first 6 to 12 months, we expect: * Active searches moving at pace, with time to fill targets met consistently across your role portfolio * Quality of hire of 85% or higher after 6 months on the role * Pre-vetted educator pipelines live and maintained for priority locations and age groups * Candidate NPS at or above 4.5 out of 5, with no candidates going more than 5 days without a response * Hiring managers reporting high satisfaction with pipeline quality, communication, and process consistency across your searches * A clear sourcing strategy documented for each role you own, refined through real data on what is converting 🤝 Who You'll Work With You will report to the Recruitment Strategy & Operations Manager, who owns the recruitment transformation roadmap and overall function design.
