Job Responsibilities: * Work with quants and devs to design, implement, and analyze trading system performance. * Build expertise in option pricing dynamics and trading strategy optimization. * Analyze risk and discuss the implications with the senior traders. * Participate in mock trading and other training sessions. * Actively manage risk and price options in a fast-paced trading environment. * Work on and manage special projects and build trading tools to continuously improve trading operations. We are looking for: * Graduating in 2027 with at least a Bachelors' degree in a STEM field. * Strong quantitative skills and logical reasoning. * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
