About Creative Fabrica Creative Fabrica is a subscription platform serving millions of creators, designers, and crafters worldwide. We're built on the principle that everyone can be creative. We remove what stands in the way: expensive software, technical expertise, and time-consuming production. About the role: Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products, and we want our visual identity and creative output to be as ambitious as the products themselves. We're building an in-house creative team that supports product launches, educational content, social channels, campaigns, partnerships and our overall brand - and a major part of that is producing a large volume of strong creative: quickly, consistently and across many different formats. As our Graphic Designer, you will be one of the key people shaping how Creative Fabrica AI looks across every marketing touchpoint. You'll work closely with our Motion Designers, Video Editor, Educational Content Producer, Product Marketing and channel owners to create visual assets for launches, campaigns, social content, partnerships and ongoing brand communication. This is a high-output creative role. We're not looking for someone who wants to spend several days refining every individual asset - we want strong design judgment combined with the ability to move quickly, explore multiple directions and turn successful ideas into repeatable creative systems. AI should be a natural part of how you work: you'll be encouraged to experiment with new models and creative tools, build AI-assisted workflows and find ways to increase both the quality and speed of our creative production. This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days. What you will do: * Create assets across every marketing touchpoint - design for product launches, social channels, educational content, campaigns, partnerships and landing pages, from thumbnails and social assets to launch graphics, product visuals and presentation decks * Turn ideas into compelling concepts - translate product capabilities, messages and campaign ideas into clear, visually compelling creative directions * Produce a high volume of quality creative - balance strong craft with the speed a fast-moving growth team requires, developing multiple directions and variations rather than defaulting to a single execution * Make AI part of your process - use generative AI throughout ideation, image generation, exploration, iteration and production, and experiment with new models and tools that can improve our design workflows * Design for the channels that matter - work with channel owners to create and iterate assets specifically for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X and other platforms * Keep static, motion and video consistent - work closely with our Motion Designers and Video Editor to develop concepts that hold up across every medium * Shape our visual identity - help develop and evolve Creative Fabrica AI's brand and translate it into practical guidelines * Build creative systems that scale - create reusable templates, components and design systems, and turn successful concepts into formats that quickly generate new variations * Iterate on what works - use performance data and feedback from channel owners to understand which creative approaches land, and stay current with visual culture, design trends and generative AI What you will need: * 2+ years of design experience - in graphic design, visual design, brand design or a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent digital design and visual craft * Strong tool proficiency - Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent professional design tools * Hands-on generative AI experience - AI tools for visual creation are already part of your creative workflow, and you're genuinely excited about how AI is changing the creative process * Excellent design fundamentals - a strong grasp of typography, composition, colour, hierarchy and visual storytelling, plus experience designing for digital and social channels across multiple formats and aspect ratios * Brand consistency skills - experience working with brand identities and maintaining visual consistency across different types of assets * High creative velocity - you enjoy making, testing and iterating rather than endlessly perfecting a single direction, and you know when work needs exceptional polish versus when speed matters more * Proactivity and ownership - you can take a loose objective and independently develop strong creative directions, without waiting for a pixel-perfect brief.
