As a form of Ninja Xpress’s commitment to care for our loyal SMEs, we also have various Ninja Rewards programs such as Point Rewards, Creative Hub, Prima Benefit, Aksilerasi, and Capital Loans, to help our local SMEs with their businesses.  JOB DESCRIPTIONS Oversees and drives the B2B strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximise growth opportunities Defines the strategy and direction of the sales team in the Non-Jabo area Involved in hiring and performance managing the sales team to achieve the sales strategy and objectives as defined Plays a critical role in expanding the company’s footprint in the B2B market, identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service Develop our LTL, Same Day & Cargo business & services REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Having experiences min. 7-10 years in B2B sales, with at least 3-5 years in a sales leadership role for Logistics and/or manufacturing industry Experiences in developing a Go To Market sales plan and In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and sales forecasting tools Strong leadership and team management capabilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results Strong in B2B background and have undestanding of market outside Jabodetabek especially East & Central Java area Willing to travel frequently
