We are looking for a compassionate LPN or RN to support our client, a man in his early 40s who lives with his mother and sister. While he is non-verbal and paralyzed, he has a strong presence and a family that is deeply committed to his comfort. This isn't just a clinical role; it’s an opportunity to provide the kind of dedicated, one-on-one care that allows a son and brother to thrive in the place he loves most. A DAY IN THE LIFE Your day will include: * Respiratory Support: Keeping his lungs clear using a nebulizer and a cough assist machine three times a day. * Nutrition: Managing his feeding tube and ensuring his daily intake is on track. * Safe Movement: Using a ceiling lift for transfers—allowing you to move the client safely and comfortably without physical strain. * Physical Therapy: Coordinating with the family to get him ready for his weekly PT appointments. ---------------------------------------- WHO WE ARE Centria Healthcare is committed to delivering exceptional, personalized care to clients of all ages.
