BrightStar Care is seeking a dedicated and clinically skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our high-quality Home Health team. This full-time role offers stable hours, consistent weekly pay, and the opportunity to make meaningful, one-on-one connections with patients in the home setting. As an LPN on our team, you will deliver essential skilled nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensuring safe, compliant, patient-centered services aligned with state scope of practice and BrightStar Care standards.
