Through our South African brands — Ambition 24hours SA & NSSA — we supply clinical staffing across hospitals, nursing homes and community care settings nationwide.    We are now building a dedicated homecare division and are looking for an exceptional individual to lead it from the ground up. The Role As Homecare Desk Manager, you will own A24 Group's homecare operation — building it, running it and growing it. This is a rare opportunity to lead a new business unit within an established group, with the infrastructure, brand and national nursing supply already behind you.  You will be responsible for three homecare segments: medical aid case-managed care, private-pay elderly and recovery care, and specialist complex care. You will drive business development, manage key referral relationships, and ensure the operational and clinical standards that make A24 the provider of choice.  What You'll Do  Build and manage a pipeline of case manager, GP and specialist referral relationships across the Western Cape, Gauteng and KZN.  * Drive new business across all three homecare segments with a focus on medical aid B2B and private-pay B2C.  * Ensure same-day response on all referrals, continuity of carer, and A24's homecare service standards.  * Manage the homecare consultant team and oversee case coordination and clinical governance.  * Work closely with senior leadership to hit 12-month KPI targets including blended GP and medical aid network status.  * Represent A24 Group at healthcare events, hospital visits and client meetings.  What We're Looking For  Experience in healthcare, homecare, clinical staffing or a closely related field.  * Strong commercial instincts and the ability to build relationships with case managers, scheme administrators and clinical referrers.  * Understanding of the South African private healthcare landscape, including medical aid schemes and homecare referral pathways.  * Confident communicator who can represent A24 at a senior level.  * Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases, relationships and priorities simultaneously.  * A genuine passion for homecare and community-based clinical services.     What We Offer The opportunity to build and lead a new business unit from the ground up.  * The backing of a 30-year established healthcare group with national infrastructure.  * Competitive salary and performance incentives.  * A senior, collaborative leadership team genuinely invested in your success.  If you are ready to be part of a team that keeps critical healthcare services running around the clock, we want to hear from you.
