Provides operational, administrative, and functional support for Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) across multiple HR disciplines, including Core HR/HCM, Absence Management, Employee and Manager Self-Service, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, HR Analytics, and overall HR data compliance. This role serves as a key operational partner to Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and Information Technology by ensuring the efficient execution of employee-related processes and activities; maintaining compliance in accordance with established policies and procedures; and supporting department initiatives and workforce priorities. Key responsibilities include coordinating employee lifecycle transactions, maintaining data integrity, and driving continuous system improvement and enhancement efforts.
