One Health is seeking a responsive, friendly, and service-oriented HR Generalist to join our human resources team in Hardin, Montana! You'll work closely with supervisors and staff across the organization, balancing day-to-day HR responsibilities with project coordination, process improvement, and employee support. Your daily activities will have a measurable impact on the success of One Health's mission to improve the wellbeing of everyone in our communities as a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center. Compensation/Salary/pay: $23.45-$24.99/hour, DOE Employment Type/Schedule: Full-Time M-F 8am-5pm with hour lunch, or 9am-5pm with no lunch Location: On-site, Hardin, Montana What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities: * Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding * Support coordination of employee benefits, leave and workplace accommodations * Administer routine personnel activities (performance evals, reimbursements, worker's comp, etc.) * Build trusted relationships with employees, supervisors and teammates What We’re Looking for: * One (1) year experience in Human Resources * Associate’s Degree or, in lieu of degree, four (4) years’ experience in Human Resources in addition to above 1-year experience requirement, or an equivalent combination of college and experience * Valid driver’s license * SHRM or HRCI certification a plus!
