What You'll Do * Assist experienced HVAC Service Technicians on residential service calls. * Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems. * Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC equipment. * Safely use hand and power tools while following company safety procedures. * Provide outstanding customer service in customers' homes. * Complete work orders using company software. * Participate in ongoing hands-on technical training. Qualifications * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * EPA Certification or a Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice Card required. * A genuine desire to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. * Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn. * Positive attitude, dependable, and coachable. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
