We foster a supportive environment, providing our team with the resources and opportunities they need to thrive and grow professionally.   Benefits  * Competitive compensation: $18 - $22/hour with weekly pay! * Medical, dental, and vision insurance  * 401(k) with company match  * Paid time off and paid holidays  * Company-paid life and disability insurance  * Paid training and professional development  * Opportunities for career growth and advancement  * Employee and family discounts on services    What You'll Do as an HVAC Service Apprentice/Helper * Assist experienced HVAC Service Technicians on residential service calls.  * Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems.  * Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC equipment.  * Safely use hand and power tools while following company safety procedures.  * Provide outstanding customer service in customers' homes.  * Complete work orders using company software.  * Participate in ongoing hands-on technical training.    Qualifications for the HVAC Service Apprentice/Helper * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.  * EPA Certification or a Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice Card required.  * A genuine desire to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.  * Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.  * Positive attitude, dependable, and coachable.  * Excellent communication and customer service skills.  * Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.  Are You Ready for a Change?   Are you mechanical, hardworking, dedicated, and reliable?
