Independent Freight Agent/Broker Resolve Logistics is eager to collaborate with remote seasoned Freight Brokers pursuing a flexible, remote commission-driven sales role. Our Freight Agents thrive with autonomy as their own boss, benefiting from generous commission splits, expert guidance, and comprehensive, ultra-responsive back-office assistance. Key Duties: * Leverage your established shipping clientele; nurture current relationships and cultivate new business opportunities * Coordinate effectively with clients, transportation providers, and internal logistics coordinators to ensure smooth operations * Leverage as much (or as little) of our proven tech stack to help you scale your business Perks for Our Agents: * Up to 75% commission split with no ceiling on your earnings * Comprehensive and highly responsive back-office support * Access to Ally Logistics’ vast carrier network, including Sylectus * Highly flexible and customizable TMS * Low customer saturation - the vast majority of US shippers are available to prospect.
