Your day will include: * Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging infant classroom * Providing responsive, individualized care based on each child's needs and development * Planning and providing age-appropriate activities that encourage sensory exploration, movement, language, and social development * Following infant feeding, sleeping, diapering, and daily care routines * Maintaining accurate classroom records and daily communication with families * Building positive, professional relationships with parents and caregivers * Observing developmental milestones and sharing important updates with families and leadership * Working closely with fellow teachers and leadership to provide consistent, high-quality care * Maintaining a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards * Participating in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development 🌟 Who We're Looking For Professional childcare experience is strongly preferred, especially experience working in a licensed daycare or early childhood center.
