With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together.  Ready to awaken your best with us?    WHAT YOU'LL DO : * You will manage and optimize partner relationships in the country, while developing and expanding our influencer network to drive sales and strengthen brand credibility. * You will recruit and onboard new influencers through different channels, ensuring strong brand fit and creating engaging content that drives customer action and conversion. * You will negotiate and manage contract structures with partners, ensuring profitability and long-term value. * You will analyze content and performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, while owning and growing influencer marketing revenue month-on-month. * You will work closely with local and global marketing teams and agencies, ensuring alignment with business goals, smooth communication, and a high-performing partner ecosystem.
