YOUR DAY-TO-DAY As an Insurance Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for: * Generate new business through outbound calling, lead follow-up, networking, and referrals * Connect with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions * Sell and cross-sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines * Follow up consistently with open quotes, warm leads, and prospective customers * Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and ongoing communication * Work toward individual production and sales goals * Keep customer information, leads, follow-ups, and policy records organized through CRM tools * Participate in team meetings, sales training, and professional development opportunities WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM We're looking for someone who is confident, coachable, organized, and motivated by results.
