Main Responsibilities * Generate profitable sales of premium pork, beef, chicken, and turkey products for the Mexican market. * Manage, strengthen, and grow the current client portfolio. * Identify and develop new commercial opportunities. * Maintain constant communication with clients, mainly by phone and email. * Meet or exceed commercial targets, KPIs, and established budgets. * Manage profit margins, sales volume, and assigned inventory. * Coordinate with internal areas such as operations, credit, purchasing, and logistics to ensure efficient service. * Support growth strategies, product diversification, and market expansion. Required Profile * University degree or equivalent experience. * Strong commercial focus and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to negotiate, influence, and build long-term relationships with clients. * Good command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. * Proactive, dynamic person with a fast learning ability. * Persistence, discipline, and ability to work with demanding targets. * Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in continuous professional growth. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Good judgment to analyze commercial situations and solve problems.
