WHO WE ARE: Power Digital is an AI-Native Growth Firm built at the intersection of world-class talent and proprietary technology. We help leading and emerging brands grow by combining deep vertical expertise, strategic thinking, and enterprise intelligence to drive measurable business outcomes. For more than a decade, we have built our business around one belief: the best technology makes great people better. Our teams of strategists, creatives, analysts, and technologists use Omega, our AI operating system, to surface opportunities faster, investigate what is driving performance, and execute approved work with greater speed and precision. Behind Omega is Iris, our proprietary intelligence layer, built on years of real performance data, strategic frameworks, testing, and learnings from across our client portfolio. AI expands the capacity of our people to think, create, solve harder problems, and make better decisions. Human judgment, creativity, and accountability remain central to how we work. As a people-first firm, we value diversity in backgrounds and experiences. We strongly believe our people and culture are key to our success. We partner closely with our clients as an extension of their teams, working across strategy, execution, and measurement to identify what is truly blocking growth and determine what to do next. Our culture is built on people who are curious, ambitious, accountable, and committed to delivering meaningful results for our clients and for one another. At Power Digital, we believe the future belongs to teams that combine the best talent with the best technology. We are building that future today. A DAY IN THE LIFE: As an IT Analyst, Access Control, you make sure the right people have the right access, and that we are not paying for access nobody uses. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, IT, you handle access and license requests through our ticketing system much like a helpdesk analyst, structure entitlements in Okta so access is granted by role and group rather than one-off, and partner with our Operations team to right-size license pools across our SaaS stack. Demand for this work is growing as we integrate acquired companies into our systems, so you will be central to bringing new teams on in a controlled, cost-conscious way. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Process access, license and entitlement requests in the ticketing system within SLA, with the correct approval captured on every request * Structure and maintain Okta entitlements: group-based and role-based access, app assignment rules, and ongoing clean-up of individual one-off assignments * Own license management: track seat counts and utilization per SaaS application, reclaim unused seats, flag over-provisioning, and partner with Operations to keep license counts within budget * Run periodic access reviews and support onboarding of acquired teams (access mapping, entitlement design, license consolidation) * Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes * Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department * Other applicable or related duties as assigned. ROLE REQUIREMENTS: * 2+ years in an IT helpdesk, IT support or identity/access support role * Familiarity with Okta (or another identity provider) user, group and application administration * Comfortable in spreadsheets: reconciling license counts, utilization and cost data * Experience working in a ticketing system and following approval workflows * Vendor management experience is a plus * Detail-oriented with clear written communication; comfortable saying "not yet" politely when an approval is missing * Advanced spoken and written English (B2 or higher) and availability overlapping US business hours Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Access Request SLA – 95% of access and license requests fulfilled within 1 business day (standard) and 4 hours (urgent), with 100% of requests carrying a recorded approval * License Spend – Unassigned or inactive seats held below 5% per application; monthly license utilization report delivered to Operations by the 5th business day; identified savings tracked against a quarterly target * Entitlement Hygiene – 90%+ of Okta application assignments granted via groups or rules rather than individually; zero unapproved admin-level grants * Access Reviews & Offboarding – 100% of quarterly access reviews completed on schedule; 100% of leaver access removed within 24 hours of notification * User Satisfaction – 4.5/5 or higher CSAT on post-ticket surveys Most Important Things (MITs) * Right access, right person, right time, with the approval on record * Every license we pay for is being used; unused seats get reclaimed * Okta entitlements are structured by role and group, not improvised one-off * Partner with Operations on the numbers so license spend stays under control * Fast, friendly, helpdesk-quality service to teammates and newly acquired teams Power Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team’s backgrounds and experiences are paramount. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and our employees are people with different strengths, experiences, and backgrounds, who strive to make an impact inside and outside of the workplace. Diversity not only includes race and gender identity, but also age, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, religion and many other parts of one’s identity. All of our employees' points of view are key to our success, and inclusion is everyone's responsibility.
